Haley Smith VIrtual AssistantThanks to my diverse experience working with several well-respected companies, I am uniquely qualified to help you take your business to the next level – whether it’s for a short-term project or a longer-term working relationship.

From 2003 to 2016, I assisted several companies that are prominent in their respective fields, including Express Scripts, Centene Corp, and, most recently, Magellan Health Services. During that time, I worked closely with team leads, supervisors and managers to complete important tasks that helped our departments to meet and exceed company and industry benchmarks for excellence.

In one position, I successfully managed multiple market inquiry platforms and maintained a database of tens of thousands of medical providers. In another position, I delivered timely responses to provider and field staff support requests that came to me via telephone, email, and CRM. I have a B.A. in Liberal Arts that grants me adaptability to a myriad of industries via the analytical, problem solving, and communication skills it has helped me to enhance.

As a full-time virtual assistant, I help companies and individuals manage daily operations by completing clerical and administrative tasks to precise specifications. I am skilled in online research, email management, database management, transcription, captioning, word processing, writing, editing, proofreading, customer follow-up and support request response.

You have my personal guarantee that I will review my work for errors before submission, and I will consistently meet or exceed both your deadlines and your expectations.
